ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• The Committee will promote a healthy working environment for all our students and faculty.
• The Committee will work towards building a gender-sensitized environment at our institution.
• The Committee will organize workshops and awareness programs at regular intervals toward building a neutral workplace.
• The students may feel free to put up a grievance in writing/or Email to the respective committee in charge.
• The Grievance Committee will act upon those cases which have been forwarded along with the necessary documents.
• The Grievance Redressal Committee will ensure that the grievance has been properly solved in a stipulated time limit provided by the committee.
• The Committee shall process all the individual complaints and take suitable action thereon in the manner and mode as per the college norms.
• The Committee will conduct meetings whenever required and discuss relevant issues, in consultation with the Principal seeking his approval.
• The Heads of the Department lead manage and develop the department to ensure it achieves the highest possible standards of excellence in all its activities. They will be supported by other teaching faculty including Senior Lecturers and Lecturers. They will strive to create the right learning environment and monitor the class work and other academic activities. Thus The Principal delegates major academic duties to the Heads of Departments and reviews their activities once in a while and provides guidance and leadership.
• The office work is assigned to Administrative Officer and Office Superintendent, who will take care of non-academic activities.
• Complaint and Suggestion boxes are placed at the entrance of the main block and any such complaints dropped in the box are collected and remedial actions are initiated by the administration.
